Papers required for the repatriation/burial of dead body:
1. Consent for repatriation from next of kin.
2. Consent for burial from next of kin and attested by the Chairman, Union Parishad/ Ward Commissioner.
3. Medical Report
4. Death Report
5. Death Certificate
6. Police Report
7. Clearance of payment / dues
8. Photocopy of passport
9. Photocopy of Iqama
After receiving above mentioned papers, the Embassy will issue No Objection Certificate for repatriation/burial of dead body. |
